Lemongrass Ginger Crush

YOU WILL NEED

30 mls lemongrass syrup [1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 2 stalks lemongrass]

1 tablespoon lime juice

30 mls of coconut water, chilled

125 mls of Tangy Turtle Lemongrass Ginger kombucha

1/2 cup of ice, crushed

1 sprig of fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

Combine water and sugar in a pot and boil until sugar dissolves. Add 2 chopped stalks of lemongrass. Simmer without stiring for 8-10 mins until it thickens slightly. Allow to cool.

Combine lime juice, 30 mls of cooled lemongrass syrup, coconut water and kombucha in a glass. Stir well and serve immediately.
